Cary and his wife settled in Midlothian in 2013 after his Navy service in San Diego. They have a son who played 5 seasons in the league. He served as the equipment manager on the board for a year before becoming the president in January 2023. After serving as an assistant coach on his son’s team for 5 years he became the head coach of the 2025 7U team. Cary plans to coach this group all the way through 12U. Cary loves being part of this league and appreciates the commitment that the sport demands from the players, coaches, and parents. He hopes to serve MYFL on the board for years to come.
Brandi has been involved with the league for several years as a parent of two boys who play flag and tackle and as a volunteer in various roles. She is a licensed CPA and a controller for an advertising agency in Dallas, and she co-chairs a charitable foundation that supports early childhood learning. She is also an active volunteer leader for Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, overseeing collegiate chapters in four states. She is a graduate of the Stagen ILP & The Clara Project, where she developed her leadership skills and aligned her values with her goals.
Traci has been with MYFL cheer for five years and on the cheer committee for four. She’s found tremendous joy in being an assistant coach for the Elite Panthers cheer squad. Football runs deep in their family. Traci’s favorite sports to watch are the ones her daughter and son play. She firmly believes that athletics is an important part of youth and teaches them so many values beyond how to win or lose. She hopes to inspire future cheerleaders and see MYFL and MYFL Cheer grow every year!
Benjamin Williams, a Master Chief Petty Officer in the Navy, is currently assigned as the Chief Recruiter at NTAG Red River. With over two decades of service, he has held various leadership roles and earned numerous awards, including Navy Achievement Medals. His dedication to youth and community is evident in his commitment to supporting and developing programs. Benjamin and his wife, Breanna, have been married for 20 years and have four children.
With a passion for football and developing young athletes, Clark LeBlanc became involved in MYFL as a coach and leader within the program. A dedicated husband and father, his family is deeply rooted in MYFL—he coaches his son while his daughter cheers on from the sidelines. Now several years into the league, he continues to make a lasting impact on and off the field. He serves on the MYFL Board as Fundraising Manager, helping drive support and growth for the league while creating opportunities that benefit all MYFL families.
Kristen LeBlanc loves football and supporting our community’s youth. She joined MYFL as a parent and a team mom and is proud to have a family that’s deeply involved in the league. Her husband Clark coaches their son, and their daughter cheers them on. Kristen creates and manages marketing campaigns that promote and celebrate MYFL’s mission and values. Her goal is to make MYFL the best youth football league around and to inspire the next generation of football and cheer athletes.
Lauren Rodriguez has been serving in our organization since 2019 from parent, team mom, assistant coach, coach and Cheer Committee. This past year she has joined us as interim Assistant Cheer Director and has continued into another term for this upcoming season. Her passion for cheer and love for the athletes shines through in everything she does. Lauren is committed to creating a fun, safe, and high-energy environment where cheerleaders can grow their skills, build confidence, and make lifelong memories. She’s always ready to step up, support families, and help take the program to the next level.
Kelly has 2 boys who have been a part of MYFL for several years and has seen what a great job the league has done to make it a rewarding experience for the players and coaches. Professionally she has worked in the health care industry as a CT technologist for 15 years and is very passionate about creating a safe and fun environment for everyone.
Brian McKnight has been a proud supporter of youth sports for the past five years. What began as an enthusiastic parent on the sidelines quickly grew into a passion for coaching. He’s had the joy of coaching both of his older boys and will soon be coaching his youngest son on 5U during his second season with MYFL. Brian and his wife, Nicole, are proud parents of four children—three who have played for MYFL in football and their daughter who is excited to join the MYFL cheer program during the fall. Together, they are passionate about creating a positive, encouraging environment where young athletes can grow not only in skill, but also in character, teamwork, and leadership. Professionally, Brian is a Senior Manager at Visa with over 10 years of experience in finance. He’s honored to give back to the community by serving on the MYFL Board as Registrar and helping shape the future of youth sports in the community.
